Such a relaxing trip!

Such a relaxing trip!

We floated for about 2 hours. The river was so clear and for the most part shallow (2-3 feet most of the way). We got to go down a few "rapids" which thrilled the boys. Maggie wanted to know where we kept seeing the "rabbits" as that is what she thought we were saying.

This weekend we drove over to Leavenworth, Washington. It's 2 1/2 hours away and is a Bavarian themed town in the mountains. All the town shops, even the Napa auto parts store, have quaint little German looking exteriors.

The next 10 pictures are back from July.

Just trying to do some website catch up!

Out to the woodshed.

Out to the woodshed.

Charlie, the kids and I went to a living history museum, Fort Nisqually. The kids got to see what it was like to "go out to the woodshed", which was good since Grampa had been referring to it all week. The boys did a good job posing in their "we're in trouble" poses!
